The Reina Hotel had such a cozy vibe, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better. just a quick 5-minute stroll to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. I loved the warm welcome from Mr Selim and his enthusiasm to share interesting facts about our daily adventures. The rooms were clean and had strong hot water available 24/7, which was a blessing during cold winter nights. Daily cleaning was prompt and efficient, keeping the environment tidy. Wi-Fi connection was weak at times, causing some inconvenience when trying to plan outings. a few additional amenities, like more secure bathroom facilities and a properly functioning fan, would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite these issues, the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff really made our stay special, leaving lasting impressions.

Good or Bad? Let me explain
The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The location was stellar, allowing easy access to fascinating landmarks within minutes and delighting in local dining options.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was quite slow during peak times, making planning outings a hassle. I noted some concerns with dust accumulation in the common areas, indicating a need for more thorough cleaning protocols.

Close to city center, scenic rooftop experiences, engaged staff experience
Significant cleanliness issues like dirty walls and broken mirrors detracted from the stay!!! Inconsistent room sizes and inadequate lighting could seriously benefit from attention!!! Poor maintenance of facilities is quite concerning!!!

Had a fantastic stay with comfy beds and delicious breakfast options every morning. Loved chilling in the cozy lounge and playing games in the recreation room. The shower could use a bit more water pressure, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊
